The house is in very good shape. It has 2 floors: at the ground level it has 1 living room with stove,1 kitchen with big fireplace, a bedroom and a bathroom with bath tub. A spiral staircase brings to the second floor, where there's a livingroom with a sofabed, 2 armchairs and tv connection, 2 balconies, 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. All fornitures are included. Next to the house there's a plot of land where we used to have lunch under the shadow of a grapevine that my grandfather planted. The village is very quite, ideal to stroll, pick chestnuts and good mushrooms. Ski slopes are only 20 minutes far.
