The apartment is on the top floor of a baroque aristocratic palace, built around 1690 on top of former ancient military facilities, dominating the center.

All rooms have original and preserved vaulted ceilings.
In this apartment there is 1 original former Lord Maggiore bedroom with columns and 1 balcony, 1 large living room with 1 balcony dominating the town center and surrounding hills, 1 large bathroom and 1 other room that can be used as a kitchen.

Who we are:
We are a young family from North of Italy.
We lived abroad most of our life and now live far away.
Our palace is extremely large and we have several properties, so we decided to sell it. We love this place and we will most probably keep an apartment nearby.

We love history, art, ricotta from Vizzini, the local welcoming people...we appreciate the amazing beauty that Sicily can give to open minded foreigners and we want to share our positive experience with new and interesting neighbors.
We speak German, English and Italian.
