Rustico - Casale

We're selling our FAMILY HOME. The house is a 15 minute drive from Amandola and a 15 minute drive from Sarnano. It's off the beaten path, positioned at the end of a 3.5kms country road, in a small cul-de-sac. There's a couple other houses here too, one of which is currently undergoing restoration.

The cul-de-sac is surrounded by open land and trees, with the Sibillini Mountains National Park in the distance. There's a garden to sit out and enjoy the warm evenings, overlooking the fruit orchard.

We've taken great care of the house over the past 21 years, with a new heating system, a new roof and new windows and doors, but now the children have grown up and moved on, we'd like to do the same.
