- Deposit is one monthly rent to be paid at the check-in in Milan.
- One time contract registration fee: it will be 2% on the total contract value that you will sign plus 16 euro for the stamp.
- Last two monthly rents must be paid by one shot time.
- One time agency fee: 185 euro PP that included cleaning of the room before the check-in, assistance during your stay, property maintenance. We will take care of you!
